Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and Credit Card payments for all transactions, including deposits, full payments, and rent-to-own agreements. Once you complete checkout or are approved for financing, you’ll receive an official invoice and payment instructions via email.


Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within the specified time frame before paperwork is signed and delivery is scheduled. Exact terms will be outlined in your Reservation Agreement.


Homes & Listings

Are your homes inspected?

Yes, all homes are professionally inspected before being listed for sale. Each listing clearly states whether it’s new or per-owned, and we provide a summary of features and condition.


Can I customize my home?

Yes, customization options are available.


Are the photos real?

Yes, all photos are real and taken of the actual home being listed. What you see is what you’ll receive.


 Delivery & Shipping

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery cost and timeline depend on your location and the size of the home.


How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 weeks after payment is confirmed and documentation is signed. We’ll provide tracking and schedule updates.


How do I prepare for delivery?

You’ll need a prepared site or lot with access for the delivery vehicle. We recommend contacting local zoning authorities if unsure about home placement regulations.

What documents will I receive?

Depending on your payment method, you will receive:

  • Sales Agreement

  • Bill of Sale

  • Reservation Agreement (for deposits)

  • Rent-to-Own Contract (if applicable)

  • Delivery Terms & Acceptance Form

  • Certificate of Origin or Title (if provided by manufacturer)


Do I need to sign anything?

Yes. All purchases require signed agreements before delivery or ownership transfer. We send these via email with digital signing options.


Is there a warranty?

Some homes may include a limited warranty from the manufacturer. Details will be provided on the product page and in your documentation.


 Rent-to-Own Program

Is a credit check required?

No. We offer in-house rent-to-own financing with no credit check required.


What’s the typical down payment?

Down payments range from $900 to $3,000, depending on the unit. Your exact down payment will be shared after your application is approved.


Can I pay off early?

Yes. You can pay off your rent-to-own contract at any time without penalties.


Do I own the home during the payment term?

No. Ownership transfers only after the final payment is made. Until then, the home remains the property of Glastonbury Modular Homes.
