Nationwide Delivery for Mobile, Tiny & Modular Homes

At Glastonbury Modular Homes, we offer secure, reliable shipping across all 50 U.S. states. Whether you’ve paid in full or reserved your home with a deposit, our goal is to make delivery as smooth and transparent as possible.


Where We Deliver

We currently deliver modular, mobile, and tiny homes to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Both residential and commercial properties

  • Rural, off-grid, and mobile home parks (subject to access approval)

⚠️ International shipping is not available at this time.


Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery time is:

  • 1–3 weeks after full payment or down payment is received

  • Dependent on location, unit availability, weather, and site access

We will confirm estimated delivery dates before shipping and keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Costs

Shipping is not included in the listed price of the home. Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Distance from our lot or partner facility

  • Size and weight of the home

  • Site accessibility

You will receive an exact shipping quote via email after placing a deposit or completing full payment.


Pre-Delivery Requirements

Before we can deliver your home, we require:

  • Signed Sales Agreement or Rent-to-Own Contract

  • Completed Delivery Terms & Acceptance Form

  • Proof of cleared payment 

  • Confirmation of accessible delivery site (must allow for truck and trailer entry)

If your site requires special permits, escorts, or crane services, additional charges may apply.


Delivery Documentation

Once your unit is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Delivery Confirmation Email

  • Estimated Arrival Window

  • Driver Contact Info (when applicable)

  • Delivery Acceptance Form (to be signed upon arrival)

This helps us ensure your home is delivered safely and as agreed.


❗ Failed Deliveries or Site Access Issues

If we arrive and the site is inaccessible or not prepared for offloading:

  • You may be responsible for re-delivery costs

  • A storage fee may apply until a second delivery attempt is scheduled

We strongly recommend reviewing local zoning and permitting regulations before scheduling delivery.


Installation & Setup

We provide delivery and setup.
Site setup, leveling, anchoring, plumbing, and utility hookups will be handled by us.


Changes or Delays

If you need to change your delivery address or timeline:

  • Contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date

  • Changes made less than 7 days in advance may result in rescheduling fees

In case of weather, road closures, or equipment delays, we’ll notify you immediately and work to reschedule as soon as possible.
