At Glastonbury Modular Homes, we are committed to delivering quality, move-in-ready mobile and tiny homes that meet your expectations. This page outlines the warranty coverage, what’s included, and how to request support if needed.


Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies depending on the type and condition of the home you purchase. We will clearly state the warranty status on each product listing and include all warranty terms in your sales agreement.

1. New Homes

All newly manufactured homes sold by Glastonbury Modular Homes typically come with a limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty generally covers:

  • Structural defects

  • Electrical systems

  • Plumbing systems

  • Roof and insulation

  • Windows and doors

  • Appliances (if factory-installed)

Standard duration:
Manufacturer warranties typically last 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.


2. Pre-Owned Homes

Pre-owned homes are sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. These homes are inspected prior to delivery to ensure functionality and condition, but no manufacturer warranty applies.

In some cases, a 30-day limited service guarantee may be included to cover delivery-related issues. This will be disclosed in the product description and agreement.


⚠️ What Is Not Covered

Regardless of new or used status, the following are not covered by warranty:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, stains)

  • Damage caused by improper site preparation, installation, or use

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Weather-related damage (floods, storms, fire, etc.)

  • Normal settling or shifting of mobile foundations

  • Third-party installation, setup, or alterations after delivery


 Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within the warranty period at

  2. Include your:

    • Name

    • Order ID or invoice number

    • Home model and delivery date

    • Description of the issue (with photos if possible)

  3. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps

If your issue is covered, we will coordinate the appropriate repair, replacement, or service response in line with the warranty provider’s terms.


 Delivery Damages

If your home arrives with visible damage due to transport or handling, you must:

  • Note the damage on the Delivery Acceptance Form

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will evaluate the claim and work to resolve the issue per your contract terms.


📄 Warranty Documents

All warranty coverage (if applicable) will be included in your:

  • Sales Agreement

  • Manufacturer Warranty Certificate (if new home)

  • Delivery Terms & Acceptance Form

Please review all documents carefully upon purchase and keep copies for your records.
